Membership of the BMA (UK)
1) Membership of the BMA (UK) is open to anyone who wishes to apply.
2) Membership to the BMA (UK) is free of financial charge.
3) Membership of the BMA (UK) does not imply or demand any specific obligation on the member.
4) Membership of the BMA (UK) requires the following information:
a) Name
b) Email
c) Website Address (if any)
5) A Membership Certificate is issued upon successful registration.
6) Membership details are stored confidentially by the BMA (UK) and are not shared with any third party.
7) Membership of the BMA (UK) has two categories:
a) Individual
b) Institute
8) Applicants for Membership of the BMA (UK) should have the following:
a) An interest in the study and practice of Buddhism
b) An interest in the study and practice of left wing politics
9) The BMA (UK) will keep in touch with members via email.
10) Members may make contact with one another through auspices of the BMA (UK).
11) Members may use the initials ‘BMA (UK)’ after their individual or institute name.
12) Members may submit for consideration the following:
a) Articles
b) Documents
c) Observations
d) Constructive criticism
